Haile & Robert – One would expect planning a ceremony overseas to be stressful and burdensome, but for us it was the exact opposite. Christine went above and beyond in regards to personalizing our ceremony. Previous to conversing with her via email neither I nor my husband had given much thought to our exact vows, but once Christine encouraged us to incorporate our own personal touches into the ceremony’s dialogue it quickly became the most exciting and meaningful part of planning our wedding. While some officiants may be inclined to follow their own format that they have overtime become comfortable with, Christine made it very clear she wanted everything about our big day to be true to us as a couple. The end result was a heartfelt ceremony during which neither of us could stop smiling. It was perfect beyond words and more memorable than we ever could have imagined.
Claire & Kevin – Having never attended a non- religious wedding before we were both unsure of what to expect when planning our wedding. But it was just amazing. We both had the pleasure of getting to meet Jean the year before our wedding and within minutes of speaking with her any concerns we had were totally alleviated. We both wanted to say a massive thank you to Jean for making our ceremony the most special time in our lives, all of our friends and family are still talking about how beautiful and personal the service was, even some of the men were crying on the day. The little extras that we were unaware of really added to what was the most perfect day for us both and we will never forget Jean for the part she played in our day. We will never be able to thank you enough

It was such a special day and couldnt have been so perfect without you! The ceremony, such personal words, and whole relaxed feeling of the day coupled with the beautiful setting made the day just wonderful. It was personal, funny at all the right times and delivered with such positivity and professionalism. I know all of our guests enjoyed your words and all spoke extremely highly of you, with many saying it was the nicest ceremony they had ever witnessed. We appreciated that you took so much time to go over our drafts and give constructive comments on how we could improve the ceremony and make it flow better, for example, by adding in the reading by Kim. Our parents were particularly complimentary as we had not discussed the ceremony with them and thought it better to keep your words and ours a surprise for the wedding day. Ritchie and I couldn’t have asked for a better wedding and you being part of it and giving us such a beautiful ceremony was one of the most important pieces to a puzzle that once complete created such a perfect day.
Kathryn & Steven – Jean, of celebrants in France, was brilliant. She worked hard to create a ceremony that really reflected my new husband and my personality. In the lead up to the big day Jean got to know us and was able to craft a ceremony that fitted perfectly with the tone of the day and even included a few surprises.
I feel the greatest compliment to Jean was how many of our guests commented on how lovely and personal the ceremony was and our photographer wanted to know where we found her! – Thank you so much Jean.

Dean & Dirrelle – How unbelievable when the vow renewal almost tops the original day. It is a big thank you from us both as we reflect on what you had to do to be there on the day. Firstly its xmas eve and everyone else is spending time with family, but you embarked on a 5 hour train ride , each way. Not only was almost Christmas, but it was also at a time when all transport was almost at a standstill due to heavy snowfalls throughout the country and Europe. I hope that you share this note with other people considering using your services and they see the professional dedication that you displayed for our special day. It was not only the lengthy travel, but having to stand in the snow during in freezing temperatures during our wonderful ceremony and enduring my fussiness when organizing this all by correspondence from Australia at such short notice. It is a big thanks from both myself and Dirrelle for making a very special day even more special.

Andrea and Michael – My mum and I were singing your praises last week and I did say I would write to you, to pass on our thanks for the wonderful ceremony you delivered to our guests. We have had such amazing feedback from our day, where most people site the ceremony as one of the best they have ever seen. Apparently there wasn’t a dry eye in the place, not that I could notice, as mine certainly weren’t either! The ceremony was so personal, for you to include the things you did, was amazing. Klaus & Katya – Strictly Come Dancing star, Katya Virshillas and her Danish dance partner Klaus Kongsdal held their celebrity wedding in a fairy tale château in the Loire Valley. Colin helped Klaus and Katya create a unique ceremony that reflected the couples Jewish and Danish roots incorporating traditions from both cultures and officiated the ceremony in the romantic candle lit caverns of the château before their many family and well known guests.

Rob and Bea – I just want to say the BIGGEST thank you for making our special day, just perfect! The celebrant plays such a significant role in any wedding day, so we’re just so happy to have found you, as both you and Keith were so kind and patient on the day and really helped create a relaxing atmosphere throughout. The ceremony that you’d put together for us was just amazing! It felt so personal and so tailored to us that it really added to our big day and made it something unbelievably memorable (and emotional!) Apologies for my relentless tears! The ceremony was absolutely perfect and I can honestly say that your hard work creating it all, resulted in the happiest moment of my life. The little touches, such as our beautiful box and keepsakes was a really thoughtful and lovely idea, we will definitely have a little toast to you and Keith! Hopefully we will have the opportunity to go back to Beynac and the beautiful Maison de Sarrasins. I just wish we could rewind and relive the big day all over again! Natasha and Will – But where do I begin…. Thank you so much for making our wedding love ceremony so fantastic. As you promised me earlier on the day, the sun will come just in time. And it really did…. When I walked down the aisle I could feel the sun in my back… It must be a sign from my father, well …I choose to think so. I also very much remember that the first thing you whispered to me was: ENJOY – even if its hard to absorb things at this special moment. You preformed the ceremony just as we would dream of, and its funny how many of our guests really felt you knew us… Many has commented the nice words you said, and it was something for everyone to stop up and think about. They also loved your scottish accent and the gift you gave us was just spot on.
Gemma and Andy – We just wanted to send you an email to say a big thank you for doing our ceremony at chateau de St. Paul. We absolutely loved the ceremony you put together and have had so many comments about how lovely it was. Thank you for making it so special for us.

Everything was so beautiful – your words, delivery and control all came together to make it perfect. So many of our guests have told us it was the best wedding ceremony they’ve seen. Louise and Andrew – Were back and we have had the most amazing couple of weeks and really didn’t want it to end. We had such a fantastic weekend celebrating and everybody spoke about how fantastic you were and how personal the ceremony was – A couple of our engaged friends said it has really made them focus on the fact they would like a very personal ceremony! Alison was amazing, from start to finish. From our initial call with her 18 months before our wedding, where she took the time and interest to get to know our story and share in our excitement for our upcoming nuptials. She ensured we were happy with our draft and delivered our ceremony eloquently using pauses and gravitas when required. She had great interaction with our friends and family before, during and after the ceremony, which created a lovely atmosphere- it was genuinely perfect.

We are now home after our wedding and we wanted to thank you for our beautiful wedding ceremony.
Every guest afterwards commented on how special the ceremony was, and how personal it felt – which is exactly what we had hoped for. It really reflected us as a couple and our family, and had much more emotion that a typical service in the UK. There were barely any dry eyes, but there was laughter as well as love – it really was a lovely atmosphere. You also made us feel very comfortable beforehand and we didn’t worry at any point about the logistics or mechanics at all.
Although it was longer and more poignant than a service in the UK, it did fly by, so if we ever renew our vows in France we will be in touch so that we can do it all again! In the meantime we look forward to our gift in 5 years – thank you that was a very touching gesture.
