I am mum to four grown up children and a grandmother to 11 grandchildren and I love my life in France with my husband Roland and our 2 dogs Bess and Darcy. 

For the last 10 years I have been to most amazing and beautiful parts of France providing ceremonies for so many lovely couples.

After a successful career in management I moved with Roland to France in 2007 to enjoy a less hectic lifestyle. We have been happily married for over 40 years and we enjoy the French lifestyle as well as our chosen career as Celebrants.

​

While working with my daughter on her event hire business, I saw many wedding ceremonies in France and noticed that they were all very similar. Then I saw a number of ceremonies conducted by ‘Celebrants in France’ I was impressed that every ceremony was not only moving and emotional but also unique to the couple, their family and friends. 

​

From seeing 'Celebrants in France' I felt like the  profession had chosen me and after extensive training with CIF I took to my new career with passion and enthusiasm, utilising my skills for organising, punctuality, plus I am a fantastic listener.

​

I like to think people instinctively trust me and know that I can be relied upon whatever the situation.

​

I am able to put them at their ease and help take any potential stress out of the ceremonial process.
